Steps to Integrate Zendesk with Roadloom
Navigate to your Roadloom workspace.
In the workspace, click on the Feedback Channels section.
Find the Zendesk block and click Connect.
A popup will appear where you will be requested to enter your Zendesk subdomain. Provide the subdomain and proceed.
You’ll be redirected to the Zendesk authorization screen. Carefully read the requested scopes and approve the permissions.
After approval, you will be redirected back to Roadloom.
Important Disclaimer
Please note that Roadloom will not start pulling tickets until you have set the appropriate tags in Zendesk. Once you set the tags, Roadloom will begin fetching the support tickets for centralization.
