Integrating Intercom with Roadloom allows you to easily collect feedback from your customer interactions and centralize it in one place for easy access and analysis. Here’s a quick guide on how to set it up:
Navigate to your Roadloom workspace.
In the workspace, click on the Feedback Channels in the sidebar.
Find the Intercom block and click Connect.
You’ll be redirected to the Intercom authorization screen. Carefully read the requested scopes and approve the permissions.
After approval, you will be redirected back to Roadloom. That's it!
Important Disclaimer
Please note, Roadloom will not start pulling conversations until you have set the appropriate tags in Intercom. Once you set the tags, Roadloom will begin fetching conversations for centralization.
